US Presidential Candidate for the Socialist Equality Party (www.socialequality.com) Jerry White visited Montreal in June while on his campaign tour. Reporter Matt P. interviewed Jerry White and talked about the Quebec student strike, the social and international contexts that the strike takes place in, along with the growing discontent with electoral politics. Matt P. also interviewed two Quebec students who are members of the International Students for Social Equality (ISSE, www.intsse.com) and they talked about the role Socialism can play in leading the student protest movement.
