Job opening: Advertising & Sales Coordinator

Salary: 14.25$/hr
Number of hours per week: 40h

The ad coordinator will:

  • Develop CUTV’s advertising and sales department
  • Seek advertising opportunities within the communities CUTV works in
  • Devise ad plan with client and CUTV special production team
  • Work in collaboration with production department to ensure that the ad content is timely and relevant to the shows it’s featured in.
  • Participate in the development of online marketing

Qualities sought:

  • Knowledge or experience in the field of TV ad-promo production
  • Experience with advertising in media or online
  • Experience with the following programs: Adobe CS 6 Premiere
  • Experience with Adobe CS 6 Premiere (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator) for graphic design, layout and creation of promo docs.
  • Experience with After Effects and Final Cut Pro an asset
  • Understanding of the mandate of campus/community television
  • Ability to produce for deadlines
  • Ability to manage short, medium and long term objectives
  • Fluent in English and French
