Community Organisation Partnership Program
Since September 2010, CUTV has made it a top priority to highlight the work of the various community and solidarity groups in the Greater Montreal region. CUTV works with approximately 20 to 50 local community organisations every year. While each organisation is unique, the needs for coverage, archiving and access to equipment are widespread. CUTV sees it as an essential part of it’s mandate to serve the needs of the various community and cultural organisations in Montreal.
CUTV prides itself as being a unique Community Television station in Quebec. Community members make up more than a third of our total membership and all our programming is made by and for the communities we serve. In order for the station to continue servicing all communities equitably, we have decided to put together a Community Organisation Partnership program.
