Le 9 juin prochain à Montréal, Alternatives vous offre une occasion conviviale et unique de débattre et de vous informer sur les plus grands enjeux sociaux qui nous interpellent en ce Printemps québécois. Nous traiterons des luttes étudiantes, du sommet international sur l’environnement de Rio +20, sans oublier  l’opposition citoyenne au Plan Nord ou aux gaz de schistes. Des invités d’ici et d’ailleurs, ainsi que des représentants de plusieurs groupes de coopération internationale et de solidarité sociale, seront au rendez-vous.

Programme :

11h00, Grand Chapiteau en plein air dans la cour d'école: Panel d'ouverture- Printemps québécois et convergence des luttes
 Avec:

• Gabriel Nadeau-Dubois, porte-parole de la CLASSE,
• Jacques Létourneau, 1er vice-président de la CSN
• Patrick Bonin du Comité organisateur du 22 avril et Directeur climat-énergie
  Association québécoise de lutte contre la pollution atmosphérique (AQLPA)
• Brigette DePape membre du mouvement Power Shift à Ottawa ,
• Raul Burbano de Common Frontiers à Toronto;

June 9th 2012, Alternatives will hold a one-day Festival of Solidarity featuring conferences, entertainment and family activities. Its purpose is to bring together leaders of this spring's various social movements around the idea of uniting in a common battle against the right-wing agenda of austerity and regression. An international conference will feature the renowned environmental author Hervé Kempf. Well-known activists including Gabriel Nadeau-Dubois, Québec's main student spokesperson, will also be speaking.

11AM, Stage in the schoolyard - Opening Panel: After the Quebec Spring: Merging the Struggles

1 PM: Open air in the Schoolyard: Egyptian Music Group “January 25”

2 PM, Auditorium: Great conference- How the Rich are destroying the Earth and how can social movements save it?
